Abergeldie was established in 1994 with the aim to carry out complex civil infrastructure and building construction contracts throughout eastern Australia. The Company has offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane and Canberra.
Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure™ has continued to expand. In 2007 Abergeldie acquired 100% ownership of blind bore shaft drilling company Ardent Underground Pty Ltd. Drilling continues as Abergeldie Mining. In 2008 after a 10 year association John Young (Kelvinhaugh) Pty Ltd was acquired by Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure™; process operations continue as Abergeldie Young Process Engineering. In 2009 Abergeldie acquired 50% ownership of ASM which will provide a competitive advantage with steelwork in the future.

Abergeldie undertakes complex projects with the systems, procedures and professionalism of the major contractors.
Abergeldie operates a Third Party Certified management system which incorporates a Quality Assurance System to AS/NZS ISO9001:2000, an Environmental System to AS/NZS ISO14001:2004 and an OHS&R System to AS/NZS 4801:2001.
Abergeldie is a licenced builder and a demolition licence holder in New South Wales, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory.
