Women at Abergeldie

Abergeldie has a history of commitment to increasing the participation of females in the building and construction industry. To that end, in 2010 we developed and published an Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement.

In 2011, Abergeldie‘s employee numbers increased to more than 130 and have since increased to more than 175. We have therefore initiated a formal EOWW
compliance program. The necessary analysis has commenced to prepare a detailed corporate EOWW profile and a consultative process has been set up to commence identification of issues and to propose strategies and plan actions.
