OUR COMMUNITY
Abergeldie® provide the infrastructure needed to build a better community ... and also supports the charitable and social institutions that hold our communities together.Abergeldie and its staff participate in a range of community fund-raising events throughout the year. We also donate to charities on behalf of our clients.
An example is our long-standing relationship with the St Vincent De Paul Society. The Abergeldie-sponsored “free food, drink, chat" van helps the homeless of Parramatta and Penrith. Many Abergeldie staff volunteer their time, and Abergeldie’s CEO, Mick Boyle, is a regular participant in the annual Vinnie’s CEO winter sleep-out.
In the recent QLD floods, Abergeldie directly assisted families and businesses, providing man power and equipment to help with the sandbagging and cleanup. It was an effective way to help based on our skills and equipment. We are always committed to helping communities, especially those that have had the misfortune of natural disasters.
